The 2015 Tots-to-Teens Expo Sponsorship Program

Sponsorship for The Tots-to-Teens Expo is a high visibility, cost-effective way to reach consumers, business owners, members of the media, elected officials and professionals involved in helping time-starved families meet the demands of parenting in today’s hectic and budget-conscious society. We’ve developed three levels of Expo Sponsorship to enable you to tailor a visibility program that meets your specific needs while positioning your company or organization as a family-friendly entity.

Exhibit areas will be located throughout the Expo, providing you with an opportunity to interact directly with attendees to increase sales, awareness, program participation or other marketing objectives. The Tots-to-Teens Expo Sponsorship levels include:

Diamond Sponsorship

  • Sponsor ID and hyperlink on the official Expo web site
  • Mention in all marketing and promotional materials (radio, television, print)
  • A Full Page ad in the official Expo directory
  • Signage prominently displayed onsite at the Expo
  • 10’ x 40’ “Quad” exhibit booth space to display and distribute merchandise
  • Opportunities to distribute literature/premiums to Expo attendees during specific moments of the Expo
  • Acknowledgment from stage at Expo and opportunity for words from your organization’s representative
  • Photo opportunities with Expo founder and staff
  • E-mail delivery of pre- and post-Expo attendee mailing lists

Diamond Sponsor Benefits: In addition to the many opportunities available to interact with consumers, the Expo will feature a number of panels or break-out sessions where attendees can gain valuable information from professionals in the areas of finance, child care, education, employment, relationships and parenting. As a Diamond Sponsor you are given the first opportunity to review these sessions and to determine if you wish to sponsor or participate in any of them.

Additionally, Diamond Sponsors receive key brand exposure and message positioning throughout The Tots-to-Teens Expo website and are also featured in our print advertising, broadcast promotions and interactive direct response campaigns.


Platinum Sponsorship

  • Signage prominently displayed onsite at the Expo
  • 10’ x 20’ exhibit booth space to display and distribute merchandise
  • Opportunities to distribute literature/premiums to Expo attendees during specific moments of the Expo
  • Acknowledgment from stage at Expo and opportunity for words from your organization’s representative
  • Photo opportunities with Expo founder and staff

Gold Sponsorship

  • Sponsor ID and hyperlink on the official Expo web site
  • Mention in all marketing and promotional materials (radio, television, print)
  • A Quarter Page ad in the official Expo directory
  • Signage prominently displayed onsite at the Expo
  • 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth space to display and distribute merchandise

Sponsorship Packages

  • Sponsorship packages can be customized upon request; additional charges may apply. Additional event and collateral items may be added; please call for current availability.
  • Additional signage and sponsor opportunities are provided wherever a pre-event date Expo-related networking event is announced and hosted.
  • Sponsorship of collateral items must be secured before production deadlines to guarantee delivery.
  • Expo sponsors have a limited time in which to secure packages marked on hold; all sponsorship requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
